My name is Jake and I use LogMeIn as a troubleshooting tool for a technical support job. Recently, however, LogMeIn has been malfunctioning.
The customer and I can establish a connection just fine. He/She goes to 123rescue.com and enters the 6 digit code. We then download and run the applet, and it seems to connect in fine. Then, when I hit the "Launch Desktop Viewing Session" button, the customers screen appears, and then the session is immediately stopped. I am never connected for more than 3 seconds before it disconnects. There is nothing that the customer can see on his/her end that might be preventing this.
This problem started happening on Monday 3/21/2016. I work in an office with several people, some of which are experiencing the same problem.
Any insight into how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.
