Recently upgraded a laptop to Windows 10. Now when I attempt to connnect my remote computer says that the HOST computer is offline. I have verified that the host computer logmein app is online. I even stopped it, deinstalled it and then reinstalled it and power reset the laptop. I also uninstalled the client on the remote computer. I still get message that the host computer is offline.
Is there an issue running logmein on windows 10. My remote computer I use to connect to the host is windows 7.
