Hoping someone see's this and will help.
We are trying to get the API working on the logmein side of things. It has worked up till now.
Once a tech finishes a chat session its suppose to upload the chat log to jira, the API on the logmein has not worked in a couple months. Our dev team has tried for months to get support to respond but with no success.
It is vital we get this working again.
