I can connect to Windows 7 computers with the Connect on LAN option in Logmein Rescue but on any Windows 8 or 8.1 computerd I cannot connect with Connect on LAN. I have sure that proper windows firewall setting are set correctly, Local securty settings are set to classic. What have I missed?

Feature Request - Air-Horn Button
Hello,
First I want to say that I love the LMI rescue app. As a tech that does A LOT of remote work, it has been the best support tool i have ever used.
There is just one thing I would like to see added. An air-horn button.
The one problem I seem to have is i will be working on someone's PC, finish fixing their issue, take them off hold, and they just set the phone down and walked away. It would be great to have something to get their attention.
You could have a couple of different horns, like the standard air horn, a renge horn, hokey goal horn, even a vuvuzuela.
Just wanted to pitch it to you guys.

Connecting to a Computer withing the LAN network without Internet connection
Hi Everybody,
I have always been a great fan on LMI for the wonderful features it provides during the remote session and does allow you to do wonder on the remote computers.
I have a question for which I am unable to find an answer
"Can I use LMI in the Local Area Network which is not connected to the Internet"
Can someone please help me with this

Unattended access limit
Is there a limit to the amount of remote computers that a technician can set up to have remote unattended access?
I get to 12 and although i can setup another computer, it doesnt appear in the list of available connections.
Is this the limit?
if so, is there any way around it?

Name appears offline/invisible
So I recently got this problem where my name doesn't appear on the server list, and when I connect to a friend's server it makes me offline. I've reinstalled it quite a bit of times so I doubt reinstalling it another time will work.

Hi Y'all,
I am attempting to use LogMeIn to create a LAN but I am having the following problem: The LogMeIn client is blank. There are no buttons to do anything, so I have no idea to proceed. All the tutorials say "press this button" and the videos show a very different Client screen for others. What do I do now?
Edit: I am using OSX.

Losing keyboard and mouse control
Hi I use LogMeIn rescue, on windows 8 64bit.
most of the time I can connect fine to my customers systems, some work in the same office some work in different offices, some work from home. Connection is fine through the VPN and across the internet. But nearly always, about 5mins into the session I lose keyboard and mouse control. I can still view the remote desktop and can message them instructions on what to do. Sometimes mouse and keyboard come back.
Anyone seen this before?
We use Cisco Anyconnect as the local firewall, and AT&T VPN.

Unable to connect since Windows 10 upgrade
Upgraded two of my machines to Windows 10 yesterday, and have been unable to connect to either one remotely via Logmein since. I get a "login failed" message with a reconnect button (which, when clicked produces the same login failed message), and a close button.
I also trieed to share a desktop and sent myelf the link, but even that produces the same "login failed" message.
And yes, I have installed the optional Windows 10 update on both machines, and I've rebooted.
Oddly enough, while logmein doesn't, Join.me DOES work.

Hamachi Network Interface Adapter Missing
I was running Windows 7 and Hamachi was working perfectly fine. However, since updating to Windows 10, I've been getting a tunnel error, Hamachi reports the error as:
Failed to connect to the network adapter
Peer is not accessible via VPN.
After looking into the problem, I've noticed that the Hamachi Network Adapter is missing from my device manager and network connections. I've tried using cmd (in administrative mode) to do the commands:
hamachi-2.exe --upd-tap
hamachi-2.exe --add-tap "Hamachi"
The first command gives me

unattended access problem
hello,
since few days, I can't wake up computer with unattended access... I use this service for more than 100 computers. Since few days, i try to wake up many computers and the console stay in "connection" state after the login input.
Do you have the same problem ?

Logmein Rescue for iOS
Hello,
Is there a Logmein Rescue app for iOS devices which I could use on my iPhone to remotely control other PCs, Macs, etc, over Wifi or 4G?
It looks like there is a Logmein app for iOS, but I cannot login to it with my Rescue ID; it says "Maybe you are looking for LogMeIn Rescue? Enter a valid LogMeIn ID and password" when I try.

Hi,
We are using the Technician Console Version 7.6.2421 and also the Version 7.6.2421 (64-bit).
We recently remarked that since we changed our application code to HTML 5, we are not able to see the borders of the input fields of our application formular anymore during remote connections.
If necessary I can provide screenshots.

LogMeIn applet launches at every start up in Windows 10
I cannot remove the LogMeIn applet from my computer on MS Windows 10. Had a remote assistance session last week and was disconnected half way through, now can't get rid of applet that continuously opens and I can't find where it's installed on the computer in order to delete it. Help please!
