Hi Guys,
We've got LMI Rescue setup in our place and are using Service Manager to work on tickets. I've managed to setup a PowerShell script that can load LMI Rescue for our Analysts to manually search for the troubled User's PC for assistance. Now I'd like to know if there is a cmd/Cmdlet that LMI support that we could auto populate the computer name we want and LMI would connect, or at least search for the computer name on its list?
