Are Logmein Pro and Logmein Rescue compatible

I loaded Logmein Pro on a machine and then tried to contact it using Logmein Rescue.  I get as far as UAC are active, Do you want this app to make changes and then nothing?

I'm wondering if the 2 use some of the same features that prevent the other from working.  I've use a similar setup using GoToMyPC wit no problem.

Help would be appreciated
