We have several software vendors that use this software to provide us remote support. We are also paying customers of logmein central, and we also occasionally use join.me free. We have no disconnection problems with log me in central or join.me on all of our windows 10 surface pro 4s (we have a dozen or more). We also have win 7 pro 64 bit and win 8.1 pro 64 bit machine and rescue works great on them. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or have a suggestion for us to try to fix this problem?
