So with the latest version of LogMeIn I noticed a bug that makes logging into users terminals a longer process.
When I provide the 6 digit code
The user enters it, downloaded the executable
We put in the admin name / password
Users click Ok / Agree to pop ups on their end
Then I click on 'Launch Remote Control Session'
It then goes to 'connecting' for 60 seconds
Then drops back to 'Launch Remote Control Session'
And then when I click it again it gives me access
It adds a whole 60 second wait, it used to be that the user would get a pop up, say yes and the connecting screen would connect in a few seconds.
