I have been trying for 2 months to get a quote so that the business office can process our renewal for log me in rescue... The sales guy from last year will not return my calls/emails, the guy who billed us last year, his phone box is full and it disconnects me, email support has been unhelpful, they referred my case to the billing department, who I haven't heard back from. Phone support is the same, the first time they referred me to the billing department, the second time they assigned me a case manager, both have still not gotten back to me.
Funny story about the support: about a week later, they sent me a link to a survey asking how my support experience was. I said I was extremely dissatisfied, so they assigned me a dedicated support technician to reach out to try to solve my problem and THEY haven't contacted me over 3 weeks later.
WHAT GIVES LOGMEIN?? LET ME GIVE YOU MY (school's) MONEY!!
