Unattended Access and lack of System Tray Icon along with spotty connectivity

Hello,

I am in the process of switching from GoToAssit which I've had for almost 10 years back to LogMeIn Rescue.  I service a lot of Macs and I have found LogMeInRescue to be more reliable on Mac's as compared to GoToAssist for unattended support.

However, I am having a problem with all PC's running Windows 10 and Unattended Access.  I am able to initate a remote session with a client, run the applet as a service, request and succesfully activate Unattended Access.  HOWEVER, the system tray icon for LogMeIn Rescue Unattended Acess never appears.  I can confirm the UA service is running in Services, but no system tray icon, even  after a reboot.  I been on the call with LogMeInRescue tech support on 2 occasions for 1.5hrs on each call exhausting all options, uninstalling, reinstalling on a number of systems, running Betas but no avail.  Is anyone else having a problem?

I even went as far as opening up a Trial under a different to see if maybe I can isolate it to an account problem but I am having the same issue.

Thanks in advance for any input!
