Have been using Logmein Central for a number of years now with no issues. Recently our connections to remote clients started to drop after about 20 seconds then they reconnect then drop again. I've checked the firewall (Watchguard) and all appears ok and this has not changed at all before of since the problem occurred.
Trying a different firewalled connection also has the same issue. Using a laptop with a 4G dongle allows a stable connection.
Support suggested adding in the logmein domain names as Whitelisted and again the problem persists.
If I try to do a restricted session in Chrome it stays online but we don't have all the function ality we require.
All this seems to point to the Logmein Client that downloads to allow a session to take place.
Has anyone else had similar issues or any ideas how to fix
